Sexe, cocaïne, alcool… : quatre couples piégés dans une résidence à Saly
Prison for the boys, freedom for the girls. Tried this Tuesday before the Mbour court, four couples, whose average age does not exceed 21, had varying fortunes.
P. Guèye, Th. Ndao, A. Babou, and O. Cissé will remain behind bars for drug possession and use. The first three received a one-month sentence for cocaine, while the fourth received 15 days for Indian hemp. Their partners, M. Fall, B. Leclercq, MD Mbaye, and B. Badji, were acquitted.
All these people were arrested one weekend in July at a residence in Saly. These young people had decided to have a good time in the seaside resort. According to L'Observateur, which attended the hearing, alcohol and cocaine were freely available for a game of chemsex, a practice consisting, according to the definition of the daily newspaper of the Future Media Group, "of taking drugs with the aim of having more intense sexual relations."
Under the influence of illegal substances and high blood alcohol levels, the young men and women turned their apartment upside down, to the point of disturbing the neighbors. The latter alerted the Saly urban police station. The police raided the premises.
The Observer reports that a search resulted in the seizure of remains of cocaine and Indian hemp. "But before the judge, all four young women accused their lovers. They were the only ones guilty of possessing and using the drug," the newspaper continues.
This line of defense bore fruit: the girls were released and the boys sent to prison.
