Actes homosexuels en Gambie : Le "suceur" et le "jouisseur" devant la justice
In Gambia, two men named Muhammed Jawo and Muhammed Krubally have been on trial since Tuesday before the Brusibi court for "indecent practices." They were reportedly caught near a cemetery engaging in "unnatural acts." At least, that's what Sergeant Mamadou A. Sanyang, who arrested them, says.
“I saw a boy standing by a fence…”
"I was at the Minister of Interior's residence in Old Yundum with my guard commander, Basiro Sarjo. Around 9 p.m., I asked my commander for permission to patrol, then headed towards the cemetery. I saw a boy standing by a fence, peering into the compound," the police officer testifying in court began. The boy fled at the sight of him, but was soon caught by the sergeant.
