Fass Mbao : Deux agresseurs arrêtés par la police après une attaque nocturne
A violent attack erupted overnight in Fass Mbao, sending the neighborhood into a frenzy. Two young men attempted to rob partygoers who had just left a dance party at the local community center.
According to Seneweb sources, Moussa Gadiaga, a 25-year-old motorcycle driver from Jakarta, and his accomplice Ibrahima Sall attacked a group of youths. One of the plaintiffs, L. Goudiaby, was stabbed in the hand by the attackers.
The response was swift. With the help of his friends, the victim managed to overpower Ibrahima Sall, who was severely beaten by the crowd before being rushed to Pikine hospital in critical condition.
Alerted, the elements of the Diamaguène Sicap-Mbao police station opened an investigation which quickly led to the arrest of the second attacker, Moussa Gadiaga, identified as Sall's accomplice.
The two accused were taken into custody for attempted robbery with violence committed at night in a group.
