On November 8, the new Senegalese Wrestling Federation is expected to elect its leaders at its Elective Assembly. The statutes and internal regulations of this structure, which will replace the National Management Committee (CNG), were adopted on August 30.
In its edition of Saturday, September 6, Le Quotidien reports that the future Steering Committee will be composed of 45 members: 27 elected by secret ballot, 14 league presidents, and 4 co-opted by the Ministry of Sports. The office, meanwhile, will include a president and six vice-presidents, each in charge of a specific discipline (strike wrestling, non-strike wrestling, Olympic wrestling, beach wrestling) or a division (organizational life, finances).
A general treasurer and his deputy, as well as an administrative director, will complete the office. The latter will serve as a pivot between the office and the ten working committees, including the marketing and sponsorship committee. A national technical director, assisted by regional and departmental deputies, will ensure technical coordination.
The election schedule was established as follows:
September 10: publication of the electoral body.
September 11 to 28: Regional elective general assemblies.
September 15 to October 3: Submission of applications.
October 15: publication of the final list of candidates.

Tres bonne chose.
