Ancienne Piste et Mamelles : Trois sierra-léonais arrêtés par l'OCRTIS pour trafic de drogue
On September 11, 2025, at around 9:30 p.m., an operation by the Regional Narcotics Brigade (BRS) of OCRTIS in Dakar led to the arrest of three Sierra Leonean nationals involved in drug trafficking.
The first two accused, MS (22 years old, alleged carpenter, residing in Almadies, former Piste) and AC (19 years old, alleged formworker, also residing in Almadies), were arrested in the act on the former Piste, while they were engaged in a kush transaction according to Seneweb sources.
Investigators then traced the chain back to their alleged supplier, OSC (25 years old, shopkeeper, living in Ouakam), arrested in Mamelles in his shop serving as a front.
The search resulted in the seizure of 76 kepas of kush, 5 additional sachets of the same product, 51 tramadol tablets, 3 mobile phones, and the sum of 5,000 CFA francs. The shop used as a cover by the supplier was also sealed.
This operation is part of the fight against drug trafficking led by OCRTIS, which continues its tracking actions against networks active in the capital.
