Pékin a déclaré, dimanche 2 février, «s'opposer fermement» aux nouveaux droits de douanes américains sur les produits chinois officialisés par le président Donald Trump et promis de répliquer avec des mesures «correspondantes». «La Chine est vivement mécontente et s'oppose fermement» à ces nouvelles taxes, a fustigé le ministère chinois du Commerce dans un communiqué, en annonçant des mesures équivalentes pour «résolument protéger» les «droits et intérêts» chinois. Pékin va par ailleurs déposer plainte contre Washington auprès de l'Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC), selon le ministère.

J'aime les chinois, eux ils ne se lamentent pas, ils répliquent. Contrairement aux Européens qui ne font que parlé. Trump ne connais que la force, pour l'arrêté il faut faire comme lui et même plus que lui.
