In Nigeria, a young girl named Anuoluwapo Mitchell recently asked singer Davido for a paternity test. The child wants to know his identity, since her mother, Ayo Labinjoh, has repeatedly told her that she is the artist's daughter.

Davido, visibly irritated, made it known through his digital channels that he did not support the girl's request. He pointed out that this case has been ongoing for about ten years and that paternity tests have proven that he is not Anu's father.

"I chose three hospitals and they chose two... All the results were negative. This is the last time I'm talking about this nonsense," the singer said.

"The results indicated a 0% probability of paternity."

His father, billionaire Adededji Adéléke, largely shares his opinion. In a rare media appearance, the businessman rejected the paternity claims concerning his son. He asserts that multiple DNA tests conducted since 2014 have revealed that Davido is not the girl's father.

"The results indicated a 0% probability of paternity. The DNA profile is clear. The DNA will not change even if the analysis is repeated 10 times," he said, before opposing the publication of the tests carried out.

"It is dangerous for anyone's DNA profile to be publicly accessible. This could expose Davido and the minor to serious risks," the businessman believes.

"I already have 14 grandchildren, so what difference will one more make?"

He maintains that the girl would have joined the family if science had established a blood link between her and his son.

"I already have 14 grandchildren, so what will change with one more? Won't I be able to take care of it or integrate it into my family? But there's science...DNA. If you say you're my granddaughter and science proves it, I'll gladly accept it," he insisted.
