Il vend le terrain de son défunt frère et trompe la veuve avec un faux document
The case sparked outrage in court yesterday. Upon the death of his older brother, A. Diouf went to the widow, Mr. Diouf, to ask for the land title to the family land. Claiming to want to regularize it, he obtained the document without difficulty. But instead of regularizing it, the man sold the land and pocketed the money. When the widow demanded the land title, he admitted the sale and promised to give her another piece of land. After being arrested, he ended up giving the widow a document presented as compensation.
At the bar, the president asked him to produce this document: it was in fact a forgery. The defendant admitted to having sold the land to repay a bank debt of 600,000 FCFA. "What you did is unacceptable," the prosecutor told him, who requested a 6-month prison sentence and a 100,000 FCFA fine. Omar Sène, the widow's lawyer, joined the case as a civil party and claimed 6 million FCFA in damages. The court finally sentenced A. Diouf to 6 months in prison, including 2 months in prison, in addition to the payment of 6 million FCFA to the civil party.

J' ai eu à peu près le même Problème. J' ai remis les originaux des papiers d' une maison héritée à une de mes soeurs 1 qui pour l' avoir m' a dit qu' elle les avait perdu. Heureusement que j' avais fait des photocopies. J' ai remis des copies à l' autre 2 .Malheureusement elle s' est arragée avec son fils pour muter la maison à son nom. Je savais que mes soeurs 1 et 2 ne s' entendaient pas et que chacune voulait la maison que nous avons héritée pour ses enfants. MOI j' étais gestionnaire mais elles m' ont tout caché. Devant le fait accompli, j' ai appelé mon neuveu. IL m' a insulté, taxé de fénéant qui ne les aide pas et m' a menacé d' aller en justice. IL commet une infraction, vole une maison qui ne lui appartient pas, la mute et me menace. Comme j' étais pas sur place. Ma soeur avait viré une petite somme dans mon compte.......
Sénégal y a trop de Ndioublangs. La pauvreté et le vol font que les familles s' entretuent....
Avoir de l' Argent rapidement et facilement sans travailler. IMMIGRÉS faites ATTENTION.
