Yeumbeul : Une fille de 16 ans violée lors du tournage d'un sketch Tik-Tok, l'auteur arrêté par la police
Police officers from the Yeumbeul-Comico district police station arrested 22-year-old merchant C. Diène for rape of a minor followed by pregnancy.
The arrest of the suspect, who lives in Malika, follows a complaint from Mrs. K. Baldé, who lives in Malika, for the rape of her minor daughter D. Seydi, aged 16.
According to the complainant's statements, during the month of Tabaski 2025, she noticed a change in her daughter's behavior. The latter kept vomiting and regularly fell ill. When questioned about her health, the victim refrained from revealing the causes of her illness until the day she discovered she was pregnant.
It was then that the young girl reported being raped by the accused, who was aware of the Tabaski incident. It was at this point that the mother contacted the police.
The victim's revelations
The victim, who claims to work with the suspect on sketches on TikTok, was questioned and claims to have been abused by the accused on August 29, 2025, according to Seneweb sources.
She explains that she was invited by C. Diène, who took advantage of the situation to force her into non-consensual sexual relations. Fearful, she kept the secret until her mother found out and called the police.
After receiving the gynecological medical certificate, the suspect was arrested on September 9, 2025.
Questioned on the official report, he denied the rape while admitting to having sexual relations with the victim, which he claims were consensual, according to Seneweb sources.
Referral to court
For these serious acts, C. Diène was taken into police custody for rape of a minor followed by pregnancy. Following the police investigation, the suspect was brought before the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court this Wednesday.
