"Alexandre Douguine, les deux frères zoulous et les services secrets blancs" : Kemi Seba raconte son exfiltration ratée d’Afrique du Sud

In an official letter published on his digital channels, Beninese activist Kemi Seba recounts how his exfiltration from South Africa failed.

It all started in March 2026, when a "friend who is a police officer from Benin, and also a sympathizer of his political work," informed him that Interpol had located him in South Africa, but did not know where he was within the country.

The police officer then advised him to leave South Africa. The head of the NGO Pan-African Emergencies therefore began by looking for a way to leave.

Kremlin ideologue Alexander Dugin agrees to exfiltrate him

Unfortunately, it was no longer possible to go through an airport at the risk of being caught without a fight.

“Maintaining my composure, as always in times of high risk, I immediately asked my many African contacts who could exfiltrate my son and me. Many were ready to welcome us almost anywhere, far more than I could have imagined, but none were logistically organized at that time, according to them, to exfiltrate us from South Africa,” said Kemi Seba.

The Beninese then turned to his geopolitical partners in South America and the Middle East. But they were in dire straits. He finally had to ask for help from Alexander Dugin, an intellectual and very influential ideologue in the Kremlin.

The latter promised to get him out of trouble. “Just a few days after our discussion, he got back to me, confirming that he had found a solution. His trusted contacts would get in touch with me. It didn't take long. On April 10, 2026, a man named Rémi called me. He later told me his name was an alias. He was Russian. He called me on behalf of Dugin. Rémi explained that he would arrive to pick me and my son up on April 12. That everything was arranged,” recounts Kemi Seba.

Destination Moscow, according to the plan

As planned, on April 12, he landed with one of his compatriots with whom he had been in Moscow two days earlier.

“He explained the plan to me. They (the Russians) have people to exfiltrate us, to help us cross the border discreetly from Zimbabwe, and there, a Russian plane will be waiting for us and will first take us to Moscow where we will stay for a few days with Dugin. I will give a number of interviews there, and then another Russian plane will take us to Niger, an important diplomatic partner of Russia. And once in Niger, at my request, if the CNSP government wants and is able, they will see if it is necessary and appropriate for me to go to the DRC,” the activist said.

"Twenty minutes after the two Russians arrived at my home," Kemi Seba continued, "two Zulu brothers who work for a security company hired to accompany us arrived. They also declared themselves supporters of Julius Malema. They were tasked with accompanying us for the first few hours. The two Russians, Rémi and his colleague, told us that we would meet in Zimbabwe. The two Zulu brothers transported us in their vehicle and dropped us off at a hotel between Johannesburg and Pretoria," recounted the Strasbourg native.

The intervention of the white secret services

During the afternoon of April 13, 2026, the two Zulu brothers drove the pan-Africanist and his son to the parking lot of a shopping center in Pretoria.

Two other Caucasians, younger than Rémi and his colleague, are waiting for them.

"They themselves, who are in their car, are waiting for the other famous security box that they personally requested to get us across the border," the activist says.

A few minutes later, everything happened in quick succession. “Cars appeared out of nowhere at the speed of sound. The Zulu brothers and the two Caucasians told me that it was apparently the security company tasked with getting us across the border into Zimbabwe. The Zulu brothers then unloaded the luggage from the car before leaving. Several hooded men got out of these cars that had just appeared. They quickly took our luggage, then put us in their car and drove off. Everything happened very fast. No one spoke to us during the journey. After about ten to fifteen minutes, they parked in front of a building that I couldn't identify. It was only when I got out of the car with my son that I realized what was happening. Two white men in their fifties greeted us. They introduced themselves: they were members of the South African secret service,” recounts Kemi Seba.

Nationalist Boers infiltrated

The hooded men who came to pick him and his son up in the parking lot were not actually employees of the security company in charge of getting them across the border, but a police unit operating undercover working for "white South African secret agents".

The Pan-African activist also discovered that the "two pale-skinned Caucasian youths who were waiting with him and his son in the parking lot were nationalist Boers" apparently working with Russia. They had been under surveillance and infiltrated to a high degree for a long time by these secret services for their political activities in the country.
