Burkina Faso : Plus de cinq tonnes de médicaments prohibés saisies
On November 5, 2025, the Ouagadougou municipal police, through its Directorate of Commercial Services (DPSM), conducted a large-scale operation to seize illicit pharmaceutical products at the central market. More than five tons of prohibited medications were recovered and will be destroyed in accordance with environmental and health standards. Those responsible for this trafficking will be brought to justice.
