Niger : Bientôt l’ouverture, à Niamey, de l’Institut national des études diplomatiques et stratégiques

Niger and Morocco have taken a further step in their diplomatic cooperation with the signing, on December 2, 2025, in Rabat, of a memorandum of understanding concerning the opening of the National Institute for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies (INEDS) in Niamey. The document was initialed by the foreign ministers of both countries.

This agreement aims to strengthen the capacities of officials from the Nigerien Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Nigeriens Abroad, as well as those of sectoral ministries, particularly in the negotiation and drafting of agreements and contracts in the mining and oil sectors.

Si je comprends bien , cet institut va permettre aux deux pays d'êtres bien formés sur des thématiques diplomatiques.
