Présidentielle 2025 : Les avocats de Cellou Dalein dénoncent une « persécution politico-judiciaire orchestrée » pour l’écarter de la course
As candidates for the presidential election of December 28, 2025 have filed their applications with the Supreme Court, Cellou Dalein Diallo's lawyers denounce what they call "political-judicial persecution" aimed at preventing their client from participating in the election.
In a statement sent to the press, lawyers Amadou Diallo, William Bourdon and Vincent Brengarth believe that the former Guinean Prime Minister and main opponent of the regime "has been the subject of a real political and judicial persecution orchestrated by the power in place for several years".
According to them, while abroad for security reasons, Cellou Dalein Diallo was prevented from registering on the electoral list, even though he "met all the conditions set by law".
The lawyers denounce a political maneuver aimed at rendering him ineligible, despite his "serious chances of success" in the upcoming presidential election. They assert that this situation is part of "a context of curtailing the rights of the opposition and seizing state power by all means" by the transitional authorities.
Faced with this situation, Cellou Dalein Diallo's lawyers have appealed to the ECOWAS Court of Justice, requesting urgent processing of their application.
They are asking the Community court to recognize that the refusal to register their client on the electoral list constitutes "a violation of the right to participate freely in the conduct of public affairs of his country, in particular through the right to vote and to stand for election".
The lawyers are demanding that the Guinean state take "all necessary measures" to restore their client's civil and political rights, including his immediate registration on the electoral list.
They conclude that it is "imperative that Mr. Cellou Dalein Diallo be able to stand in the next presidential election. Any other decision would infringe on his fundamental rights and confirm the absence of a genuine democratic process in Guinea."

Les Ndrings savent bien que les autres ethnies ne leur laisseront jamais la possibilité de briguer la présidence en Guinée. Leur ethnicisme démesuré les classe parmi les plus mauvais choix pour une gouvernance équilibrée.
Ce qu'ils sont sûrs de ne pas obtenir chez eux,plus grave,c'est ce qu'ils cherchent à incarner au Sénégal. Avec arrogance, certains que la natalité accélérée qu'ils ont pratiqué depuis toujours a produit ses fruits et leur permet de se faire élire dans les postes électifs.

C'est peut être vrai mais cellou c'est pas comme ça tu ne peux pas aspirer a diriger la Guinée depuis Dakar il faut que tu souffres la bas avec eux tu as été trop poltron dans ta lutte
