Context

 

Jhpiego is an international non-profit health organization affiliated with Johns Hopkins University. For over 50 years and in more than 155 countries, it has been working to prevent unnecessary deaths of women and their families.

As part of its activities, Jhpiego is in the process of establishing itself in Senegal to implement health projects in support of efforts to strengthen the health system in Senegal.

In order to support the implementation of its activities in Senegal, Jhpiego is launching this open call for tenders for the recruitment of an Accounting Firm based in Senegal to provide financial management, payroll, bookkeeping, compliance and reporting services for its operations in the country, in accordance with Senegalese laws and regulations, OHADA standards (SYCEBNL) as well as Jhpiego's internal policies and procedures in order to outsource certain financial functions while ensuring compliance, transparency and efficiency of operations.

1. Participation in the call for tenders

Participation in this tender is open to all individuals, legal entities, or groups of such individuals authorized in the field of accounting expertise, including financial management, payroll, bookkeeping, compliance, and reporting for audit and/or statutory audit operations, possessing the legal, technical, financial, and environmental capabilities required to perform the contract. Applicants must submit all appropriate documents, attestations, and certificates listed in the tender documents. These individuals, legal entities, or groups of such individuals must not be subject to any prohibition or suspension whatsoever and must be duly constituted and established, or have their fixed base in Senegal, and be in good standing with the administration of their country of establishment or fixed base.

2. Lotting

This open call for tenders consists of a single (01) lot:

3. Withdrawal of the tender documents

5. Submission of bids

Bids must be submitted electronically only to jhpiegobfa-procurement@jhpiego.org no later than Monday, November 10, 2025, at 4:00 PM UTC. Late bids will not be accepted.

Opening of bids

7. Modification and follow-up

Jhpiego reserves the right to make any subsequent modifications, or to not proceed with all or part of this open tender.
