As part of the opening of its liaison office in Dakar and the expansion of its activities, a Management and Intermediation Company (SGI) in the sub-region is launching a recruitment for the positions of Negotiator, Analyst and Sales/Relationship Manager (Institutional / Corporate / Markets)
• Contract type: Full-time • Start date : Immediate
1. Negotiator:
Main tasks:
Order management and execution on the Market;
. Updating and monitoring the order book;
. Verification of the compliance of stock market transaction processing;
Analysis of the negotiation days;
Editing of various transaction-related reports (transaction log, order books, etc.), filing of the documents after validation;
. Verification of the statements relating to the day's transactions;
. Clearing any discrepancies between the transactions recorded in clients' accounts and those actually carried out on the Market (match between orders received and orders executed);
. Risk management in relation to the Market;
Analysis of the situation of securities on the Market;
. Analyze financial (financial indicators), economic and geopolitical information;
. Conduct economic monitoring of stock market values and benchmark indices;
. Boost SGI's activity on the secondary market;
. To assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and semi-annual reviews that highlight key events in the BRVM market, sector analyses and country analyses.
Desired profile:
Holders of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in management/economics/management control/accounting/finance, or any equivalent degree from a top-tier business school/engineering school/university
. Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of experience;
Demonstrate a good understanding of the market.
. Have a thorough knowledge of the WAEMU financial market;
. Possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills;
Having a sense of teamwork

2. Analyst:
Main tasks:
Production of financial analyses and modeling;
. Build and maintain Excel financial models (projections, scenarios, sensitivities);
• Perform valuations using DCF, comparable multiples, prior transactions and LBOs; • Design PowerPoint presentations for clients, investment committees and roadshows;
Prepare Executive Summaries, teasers and information memoranda;
. Collect and analyze market data (competition, trends, macro indicators);
. Write sector briefs and concise market studies;
• Collect and structure information for financial and operational due diligence; • Participate in the preparation of closing documents, follow-up of conditions precedent and post-closing reporting;
. Preparation of administrative tender documents, management of transactional document versions;
. Logistical organization of client meetings and roadshows.
Desired profile:
. Holder of a minimum of a Bac+4 degree in economics/Finance/Audit & Management Control/financial engineering or any other equivalent degree;
. Demonstrate at least three (3) years of experience in a position as an analyst, financial manager or treasurer in a financial institution (SGI, SGO, bank);
. Be rigorous with a strong ability to work under tight deadlines and on multiple tasks;
. Have a good foundation in accounting and financial analysis (consolidated accounts, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow);
. Possess financial modeling and valuation skills: DCF, multiples, basic LBO;
. Having an analytical mind, the ability to synthesize complex information;
. Proficiency in PowerPoint for producing pitch books and presentations;
. Have a thorough knowledge of the WAEMU financial market;
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills;
. To have good interpersonal skills.

3. Commercial/Relationship Manager (Institutional/Corporate/Markets)
Main tasks:
. Prospecting and acquiring new clients (companies, institutions, banks, insurance companies, investment funds, asset managers, family offices) for investments and placements;
.Development and management of a client portfolio: sales follow-up, relationship maintenance, loyalty building;
Origination and structuring of offers tailored to clients' financial needs (capital raising, bond issues, structured products, hedging solutions);
. Preparation and presentation of sales pitches, drafting of sales proposals and term sheets;
Market monitoring and economic intelligence to identify opportunities and risks (proactive advice to clients)
Activation of existing personal network with institutional and private funds;
IPO pitches, private placements, LBOs or bond issues.
Boosting SGI's activities on the secondary market;
Desired profile:
. Holder of a minimum of a Bac+4 in economics/financial engineering, Master's degree in finance, business school, engineering degree with a specialization in finance, MSc in Finance;
Experience in IPO pitches, private placements, LBOs or bond issues.
Good knowledge of financial markets (stocks, bonds, derivatives, structured products);
Understanding of capital market operations (Equity & Debt Capital Markets) and structured finance;
Proficiency in pricing, valuation, and financial modeling techniques (advanced Excel):
Ability to use and feed a deal pipeline;
Skills in developing pitches / pitchbooks and sales documentation;
Strong prospecting and portfolio development skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service;
. Negotiation, closing and results orientation (achieving commercial objectives);
Analytical mind, rigor and prioritization skills;
Discretion, integrity and management of confidential information.
