Bignona : Le G7 réagit au non-paiement des indemnités du Bac 2025 et enclenche un plan d’actions
The teachers' collective from the Tenghori High School in the Bignona department, denouncing the G7's silence following the non-payment of their 2025 Baccalaureate allowances, has borne fruit. The G7, comprising the most representative unions (CUSEMS, SAEMSS, SELS, UDEN, SNELAS-FC, SIEN, and CUSEMS-A), has finally taken up the cause of these teachers, demanding full payment of their allowances.
"Noting the non-payment of full compensation related to the end-of-year exams, the Baccalaureate session 2025 in several establishments, at the Tenghori High School in particular and for certain agents (supervisors, secretaries, etc.), noting the inertia of the academic authorities and the lack of communication, the G7 decides to launch a first action plan to obtain the full payment of compensation due to teachers in accordance with the agreements signed between the unions and the government," reads the statement signed by the general secretaries of the G7 unions of the department of Bignona.
In its action plan, the G7 announced a work stoppage starting Monday, January 12, 2026, on Tuesday, January 13, and Wednesday, January 14. The G7 intends to go on a full strike to demand the complete payment of the 2025 Baccalaureate bonuses to all staff, according to the press release. It calls on teachers to fully comply with the action plan.
