B. Ndiaye, aged 19, appeared in court for the theft of a Beverly brand motorcycle belonging to P. Diongue.
At the hearing, the defendant admitted to the crime, stating that he acted with two accomplices who remain at large. He specified that the robbery took place around 10 p.m. The accused and his accomplices were identified thanks to footage from security cameras installed at the scene.
Considering the facts to be consistent, the public prosecutor requested the application of the law against the defendant.
