Italie : La police expulse un sénégalais qualifié de «danger pour la société»
Italy deported a Senegalese citizen on April 29th. The Viterbo police reported on their website that the 38-year-old man was being held at the local Nicandro Izzo prison.
He was serving a sentence of six years and five months for aggravated assault, aggravated robbery, resisting arrest and insulting a public official.
"The escort to the border was ordered because of the danger the convict posed to society, since he had a criminal record for other offenses and was liable to the alternative measure of expulsion from Italy," Viterbo police reported.
She reports that the measure was triggered by the Surveillance Bureau, following an investigation conducted by the Immigration Bureau of the Viterbo police headquarters.
