The Keur Massar Territorial Brigade arrested 15 people, including B. Sarr, alias Bineta, a mechanic, for criminal conspiracy, abduction of a minor, inciting minors to debauchery and complicity, operating a furnished apartment without a permit, unnatural acts, possession of bladed weapons, violence and assault, fraud, and endangering the lives of others. All were brought before Prosecutor Saliou Dicko, head of the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor's office.
It all started when a group of young men and women, some of them minors, rented a furnished apartment in the Diaksao neighborhood from pharmacist O. Diallo to spend time together. According to Seneweb sources, it was 21-year-old M. Ndiaye who rented the apartment for 40,000 francs per day.
The 17-year-old carpenter O. Loum, and the young ladies B. Diouf and M. Ndiaye arrived at the apartment 24 hours before the other members of the group.
The next day, upon the arrival of the other group members, AN Diop, alias Aïda, aged 21, took the cell phone of her friend A. Souaré, also 21, to order MD-MA. A man named Cheikh told her that B. Sarr, alias Bineta, a mechanic aged 22, and her group needed the drug.
He then put her in contact with O. Bampoki, aged 21. Aïda ordered the drugs for 10,000 CFA francs, which she paid via Wave.
The suspected drug dealer arrived at the apartment and delivered baking soda instead of the MD-MA they were eagerly awaiting. The group snorted the substance several times without experiencing any effects. AN Diop, also known as Aïda, then contacted O. Bampoki, the delivery man, by phone to report that the drug had had no effect. She subsequently canceled the Wave transaction she had made on her account.
It was at this time that O. Bampoki, 21 years old, went to the apartment accompanied by his friend F. Mbow, 20 years old. They were both armed with knives. Upon their arrival, violence broke out against the group of young people present in the apartment.
The intervention of the police
On Friday, January 2, 2026, around 4:00 PM, the gendarmes of the Keur Massar Territorial Brigade were alerted to an armed fight in a furnished apartment in the Diaksao neighborhood. According to the informant, the incident stemmed from a drug deal where the delivery had not gone as planned. The gendarmes immediately went to the scene and arrested all those involved, except for the delivery driver, nicknamed Tiak-Tiak, who fled to an unknown location.
On the night of January 2nd, 15 people were taken into custody. They are: O. Bampoki, 21 years old, a student residing in Keur Massar; F. Mbow, 20 years old, a student residing in Rufisque; I. Diouf, 16 years old, a student residing in Yeumbeul; A. Mboup, 20 years old, a student residing in Yeumbeul; S. Sonko, 20 years old, a student residing in Rufisque; O. Loum, 17 years old, a carpenter residing in Rufisque; A. Mbengue alias Papa, 20 years old, a student residing in Rufisque; F. Diop, 21 years old, a welder residing in Keur Massar; A. Ndiaye Diop alias Aida, 21 years old, a student residing in Médina; D. Basse, aged 18, student residing in Yeumbeul; A. Souare, aged 21, student residing in Geule Tapée; M. Ndiaye alias Mathiou, aged 21, saleswoman residing in Rufisque; AO Diallo, aged 49, pharmacist residing in Keur Massar; O. Diallo, aged 21, student residing in Keur Massar; and B. Sarr alias Bineta, mechanic, aged 22, mechanic residing in Keur Massar.
The revelations of the investigation
Upon arriving at the unit, the gendarmes carried out the usual procedures. During the investigation, they learned that it was Ms. Ndiaye, aged 21, who had rented the furnished apartment for 40,000 francs per day. The investigation confirmed that she is a lesbian.
Images and videos found on her mobile phone show her giving a bouquet of flowers and a ring to a partner. In another video, she appears kissing a girl, according to Seneweb sources.
As for the apartment manager, he offered no explanation for failing to verify the identity of people entering and leaving his establishment. The owner, for his part, operated tourist accommodation without authorization. All 15 individuals involved were brought before the public prosecutor.

On peut vivre une jeunesse riche et intense sans excès. Ma liberté, je l'ai trouvée dans mes études et mes projets, pas dans la drogue ou l'alcool. Nous sommes beaucoup dans ce cas, et ce n'est ni du mensonge, ni de l'aigreur, c'est juste de l'ambition et du respect de soi.
