Affaire Pape Cheikh Diallo et Cie : les «amants» de Djiby Dramé et de Ibrahima Magib Seck orientent l’enquête
A new wave of arrests is imminent in the "Pape Cheikh Diallo and associates case." And for good reason. Two of the four men remanded in custody last Thursday by the judge of the first chamber of the Pikine/Guédiawaye court have made "full" and "explosive" confessions that have put investigators on the trail of new suspects.
Libération, which broke the story, specifies that these are the "lovers" of Djiby Dramé and Ibrahima Magib Seck, caught during the initial waves of arrests. The newspaper does not reveal the content of the confessions in question, but asserts that more people will be arrested in the coming days.
To date, forty-six people have been arrested in connection with this case, which is being conducted by the gendarmes of the Keur Massar research brigade. With the exception of two or three suspects, who are under judicial supervision, all those brought before the prosecutor (45 individuals) have been remanded in custody on charges of criminal conspiracy, unnatural acts, intentional transmission of HIV, endangering the lives of others, money laundering, and drug trafficking.
