Banqueroute : Le procès de Bougane Guèye renvoyé au 30 juillet
Businessman and political leader Bougane Guèye appeared before the Financial Judicial Pool on Thursday. He was brought before the trial chamber, ruling on matters of flagrant offenses, in the case involving the company Bouygues Solution Systèmes Limited, also known as Boss SA.
Bougane Guèye is being prosecuted by the company for bankruptcy fraud, an offense related to the fraudulent management or concealment of liabilities during a company's bankruptcy. However, the trial has been adjourned until July 30, 2026. Only Bougane Guèye appeared at the hearing, accompanied by his lawyers.
In this case, NSIA Bank Benin SA has joined the proceedings as a civil party.
