Cheikh Bara Ndiaye compare Farba Ngom à Kocc et déballe un système de chantage impliquant des "femmes mariées"
The pornographic videos that Farba Ngom allegedly shared with his lawyer do not feature foreign professional actors. According to revelations made on the Seneweb television program by MP Cheikh Bara Ndiaye, they depict well-known Senegalese women, some of whom are still married.
For Cheikh Bara Ndiaye, this is by no means a case of content intended to satisfy any libido. He maintains, rather, that these videos constitute "a veritable tool of blackmail, carefully preserved and entrusted to the defendant's lawyer, Mr. Cissé." "This isn't private. It's a means of exerting pressure," the parliamentarian asserts. According to him, these recordings could be used to intimidate people to whom Farba Ngom has entrusted some of his assets. He illustrates his point with a clear example: "When I use your name to pay for land and you then want to sell it, I can threaten to release a compromising video. And when it involves a married woman or someone simply concerned with preserving her dignity, this tactic almost always works."
A system of domination compared to "Kocc Barma"
For Cheikh Bara Ndiaye, the fact that these videos were entrusted to a lawyer—a moral and legal authority—confirms that this is not a matter of private morals, but rather a system of coercion and domination. It is for this reason, he insists, that these files could constitute a central element of the judicial investigation. Going further, the MP does not hesitate to draw a comparison with the Kocc Barma case, a symbol in Senegal of the exploitation of intimate content for the purposes of blackmail and social destruction.
Were the financial transactions kept secret?
Cheikh Bara Ndiaye also criticizes the Ministry of Justice's communication strategy. According to him, the Minister of Justice has not revealed everything: "There are much more serious matters in this case." He asserts, in particular, that "financial transactions carried out from Farba Ngom's cell involve well-known and prominent figures, whose names have allegedly been deliberately withheld."
Finally, Cheikh Bara Ndiaye believes that even if these videos were solely intended to satisfy the prisoner's libido, their existence deserves to be made public. In his view, this would contradict the argument put forward by Farba Ngom's supporters that he is seriously ill. He cites as an example the case of Falla Fleur's letter, which led to a retrial just as her sentence was nearing its end, thus highlighting the recurring ambiguities in the handling of this case.

Ce vaurien qui ne comprend rien à la technologie a certainement tout enregistré dans ses téléphones, alors mettre la main sur ces outils signifie disposer d'une mine très important d'information contre le systéme mafieux de MACKY et de ses alternoceurs.
Mme Le Ministre de la justice doit bien veiller à cette belle prise et surtout penser à enregistrer sur d'autres supports toutes les informations figurant dans les téléphones de Farba car à ce moment même, la panique va obliger les membres de la mafia à se bouger pour chercher à mettre la main sur les téléphones saisis. Ne faites surtout confiance à personne Mme Le Ministre car il y'a bcp de corrompus dans la justice, la ¨Police, la Gendarmerie et partout ailleurs.
Gardez bien ces téléphones dans des endroits sûr et même le Pdt Diomaye et son entourage ne doivent pas les voir car ils se sont plus des homme en qui on peut faire confiance.
