Contentieux Aziz Ndiaye-Awa Baldé : Nouveau renvoi au 9 avril 2026

The case between businessman Aziz Ndiaye and socialite Awa Baldé has been postponed again. The defamation proceedings initiated by Aziz Ndiaye have been adjourned until April 9, 2026.

No doubt, the summons will be joined with that of Awa Baldé (referred to this date), who accuses him of fraud relating to a transaction of a plot of land located in Ngaparou, estimated at 50 million CFA francs.

In her direct summons, she is demanding 475 million CFA francs in damages from Aziz Ndiaye. The businessman, who denies the allegations, has countersued for slander, claiming 300 million CFA francs for all damages combined.
