Pool judiciaire financier : Le procès de la directrice commerciale d’Addoha renvoyé au 23 avril
The case of the commercial director of the real estate company Addoha Senegal, Fatima Mariame Fall, was discussed this Thursday before the financial judgment chamber of the Financial Judicial Pool (PJF).
Charged with fraud involving more than 200 million CFA francs, as well as forgery and use of forged private documents, the defendant had her trial postponed to April 23, 2026, at the request of her lawyer, Mr. Abdy Nar Ndiaye.
Fatima Mariame Fall was arrested following a complaint filed by the company Addoha. After she was remanded in custody, other clients joined the case as civil parties and also filed complaints against her. The court consolidated the two proceedings.
