Sa convocation à la sûreté urbaine : Fadilou Keita s’explique…
Fadilou Keita, the Director General of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), is expected at the Urban Security headquarters this Wednesday. This summons follows a complaint filed by the company Ecotra. He has just commented on the matter.
“ On January 14, 2026, I filed a complaint with the prosecutor for fraud, forgery and use of forged documents, and illegal creation of a mortgage on property belonging to the CDC, against Ecotra and Cstp,” reports Fadilou Keita.
He adds that another complaint had been filed against Loum DIAGNE for encroachment and destruction of a fence on private property belonging to the CDC.
“I was expecting to be summoned as part of the investigation into these cases. I received a summons from the Central Police Station on Monday, March 30, 2026, following a complaint from ECOTRA for spreading false news,” said the Pastef official.
The hearing was scheduled for 10 a.m. today. But it was postponed to 3 p.m. Why? “For the following reasons: failure to communicate the purpose of the summons; refusal to sign a statement stipulating that the purpose had been notified to me and that I had decided not to be assisted by a lawyer (which is false),” he indicates.
The Director General of the CDC says he has rescheduled a meeting with the investigators for 3 p.m. to provide evidence for his accusations.
