Guédiawaye Urban Security: A new complaint against former MP Bougazelli

Sûreté urbaine de Guédiawaye : Une nouvelle plainte contre l'ancien député Bougazelli

Bad news for former MP Seydina Fall, alias Bougazelli, who was recently remanded in custody after being sentenced to two months in prison for real estate fraud. According to Seneweb sources, the real estate agent is now facing a new complaint.

A complaint for breach of contract

A. Ndiaye, residing in Golf-Sud, contacted Prosecutor Saliou Dicko, head of the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor's office, to report similar incidents.

His complaint alleges that Seydina Fall rented him an apartment in Guédiawaye for a monthly rent of 200,000 FCFA. The complainant states that he paid him 600,000 FCFA in cash, representing three months' rent as a security deposit.

The plaintiff claims to have also lent the accused the sum of 200,000 FCFA, transferred via the Wave application, in order to allow him to continue the work on the apartment.

However, Seydina Fall allegedly failed to honor his commitments to the plaintiff.

Prosecutor Dicko has entrusted the investigation to Lieutenant Sy Ba, head of the Urban Security division at the Guédiawaye central police station, through a formal referral. The former APR deputy will therefore be brought from prison in the coming days to be questioned in connection with this new case.

Bougazelli était un très pauvre type avant d’être député, il n’a pas fini son mandat et a tout fait pour reprendre la politique , ça ne lui a pas réussi . Le pire c’est que la politique l’a mis dans un standing de vie où il n’a pas les moyens d’honorer et il ne peut pas faire comme c’est à dire aller à la table ndeki du quartier , à la pension des ouvriers ou acheter benn mbousso thiéré . S’il ne quitte pas Dakar , il finira mal
