Seneweb distinguished itself at the 13th National Press Gala by winning two awards, confirming once again the quality of its journalistic work.

In the "Media and Children's Rights" category, journalist Adama Sy took first place with his report entitled "Podor, School of Shame and Success." The jury praised his investigation for its relevance and its treatment of an issue affecting the world of childhood and education.

Another remarkable achievement for Seneweb: Aïda Mbene Ndiass and Thieubeu Ndiaye secured second place in the "Television" category with their report on "Kédougou Gold, a Poisoned Treasure." This piece highlights the challenges and consequences of gold mining in this region of Senegal.

These two awards recognize the professionalism and commitment of the Seneweb teams in producing quality content, serving the public interest and the public good.
