Affaire Fonds Force Covid-19 : Ndèye Aminata Loum Ndiaye obtient une liberté provisoire
Ndèye Aminata Loum Ndiaye, who was remanded in custody in April 2025 by the judge of the 2nd chamber of the Dakar court in connection with the COVID-19 Relief Fund case, has been released. According to Seneweb , the indictment division of the Dakar Court of Appeal upheld the investigating judge's order granting her provisional release yesterday, Thursday. As the public prosecutor's office did not file an appeal, the former director of the General Administration and Equipment (DAGE) at the Ministry of Industrial Development and SMEs has been released from prison.
Following the Court of Auditors' decision to acquit her on March 8, her lawyers, Abou Allassane Diallo, Seyni Dione, and Ousmane Yade, filed a request for provisional release. The investigating judge then placed her under judicial supervision, a decision contested by the prosecution, which appealed.
