There's a new development in the case of actress Bigué Diop, known on screen as "Mame Dior," who is embroiled in a legal saga. Sources at Seneweb report that Prosecutor Saliou Dicko, head of the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor's office, will request the opening of a judicial inquiry. The investigating judge assigned to the case will likely be appointed next Monday, barring any last-minute changes.

As a reminder, the actress has just been returned to court for a second time, as has Déguène Ndiaye, who is being prosecuted for insults.

Other people involved in this case are being sought by the territorial brigade of the Industrial Free Zone, under the command of Major Massaly.
