Affaire Pape Cheikh Diallo : Comment Saliou Mbaye alias Zale est tombé à Nioro
The national gendarmerie has dealt another blow to the investigation into the network of alleged homosexuals dismantled by the Keur Massar Research Brigade. This time, it was the Nioro Territorial Brigade, under the command of Chief Warrant Officer Souleymane Thior, that brought an end to the flight of TikToker Saliou Mbaye, alias Zale.
After the outbreak of the case involving Pape Cheikh Diallo, Djiby Dramé and associates, the trader Zale reportedly left Dakar to seek refuge in the department of Nioro, Kaolack region.
According to Seneweb sources, he was waiting for a favorable moment to cross the border and enter Gambian territory.
Alerted by their colleagues from the Keur Massar Criminal Investigation Brigade, the Nioro gendarmes located the fugitive in the Nouroulaye neighborhood, where he was apprehended in the evening. He thus becomes the 21st suspect arrested in connection with this investigation.
Placed in detention, he was due to be taken to Dakar this Saturday.
It should be noted that Saliou Mbaye alias Zale had already been arrested in the past for a similar case.
