Affaire Pape Cheikh Diallo : « soirée partouze » aux Mamelles, un des participants passe aux aveux
In the case of Pape Cheikh Diallo and Co., the investigation has taken new turns following the confession of Ibrahima Magib Seck, arrested by the Keur Massar Research Brigade.
In its edition of Tuesday, February 17, Libération reports that the man, arrested along with three other people, including a French national, admitted to organizing a "swingers party" in Mamelles, at the home of Pape Cheikh Diallo. According to his statements, this gathering involved homosexual practices where "anything went."
The investigation is ongoing and is now targeting other identified participants, particularly through WhatsApp groups. A new wave of arrests is reportedly imminent, as investigators are exploiting electronic communications to dismantle the entire network, the same source indicates.
The daily newspaper emphasizes that the most concerning aspect relates to public health. Of the 16 people arrested so far, 12 are believed to be HIV- positive . According to a statement from the gendarmerie, reported by Seneweb , the individuals involved allegedly engaged in unprotected sex, knowingly exposing their partners to the virus.
Legally, the acts could be classified as unnatural acts and the deliberate transmission of HIV. The investigation is ongoing to identify and apprehend the other individuals involved.
