Almadies : un entrepreneur ougandais interpellé pour arnaque immobilière
Ugandan national Devendra Kandjibhai Pindoriya, manager of Senearth Sarl, was arrested and referred to the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) for fraud in a real estate transaction, following a complaint by NT Diallo.
On May 31, 2018, Libération reported, the complainant had signed a reservation contract for the acquisition of an apartment on the 6th floor of a building in Almadies, for an amount of 136.8 million CFA francs, paying a deposit of 89.34 million.
The work was supposed to be completed by April 2020 at the latest, but the site remained in its initial state, which prompted NT Diallo's complaint to obtain reimbursement of his funds, the same source said.
