Concert de Sidy Diop à Kaolack : Un iPhone 17 volé, un témoin agressé par le frère du voleur devant le tribunal

But it was after the hearing that the situation took a particularly serious turn. On April 2, 2026, around 6 p.m., the defendant's brother, A. Ndongue, 24, deliberately attacked the witness as he left the courthouse, accusing him of having contributed to uncovering the truth, according to Seneweb sources close to the investigation at the Kaolack central police station.
In a violent outburst, he also attacked the complainant's vehicle, throwing a projectile that shattered the windshield. Even more seriously, he made explicit death threats against the initial victim, claiming to know his school and thus be prepared to carry them out.
Given the dangerous nature of these actions, the Public Prosecutor at the Kaolack High Court, Abass Yaya Wane, was immediately notified and ordered the suspect's arrest. A. Ndongue was thus taken into custody for property damage, assault, and making death threats. An investigation is underway.
