Désistement sans effet : Mara Diop alias « Bro » écroué, procès prévu mardi
Despite the withdrawal of the complaint by Badara Gaye, the public prosecutor has remanded businessman Mara Diop, known as "Bro," in custody , according to Seneweb. He will be tried on Tuesday, February 10, at the Dakar Magistrates' Court.
Mara Diop was arrested by the Special Cybersecurity Division for illegal collection of personal data, publication of images contrary to public morals, and violence and assault.
Following the intervention of well-intentioned people and political authorities, Badara Gaye withdrew from his constitution.
