The collective of lawyers formed to defend the interests of the companies AEE POWER SÉNÉGAL SA and INTERMAQ, led by Saïdou KANE, has just announced the postponement of its press conference initially scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2026. "This meeting with the press is now rescheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2026," the statement informs.

This postponement, dictated by "strictly organizational" imperatives, aims to allow the Collective to finalize the consolidation of all the factual and legal elements, which will be brought to the public's attention.

The Collective states that the essential purpose of this press conference is "the restoration of the truth, in order to allow national public opinion to form an opinion on what should now be called the 'ASER CASE'".

Faced with the proliferation of "partial, fragmentary, or even manifestly biased" information, it continues, "which has surrounded this case in recent weeks, it is up to the defense to provide, in strict compliance with the ethical rules of the legal profession, the technical, legal and factual clarifications required to reveal the truth," the collective specifies.

He intends to respond, calmly, methodically and precisely, to all the legitimate questions raised by the public, in particular: on the exact nature of the contractual relationships linking the various stakeholders in the rural electrification project; on the genesis, chronology and general economics of the contract concluded with the Senegalese Rural Electrification Agency; on the financial circuits mentioned and the true beneficiaries of the disputed sums; on the INTERMAQ component, as well as on all the technical aspects unjustly passed over in silence.

The Collective reaffirms that its members intend to fully cooperate in uncovering the truth, while respecting the presumption of innocence guaranteed by the Constitution and the international conventions to which Senegal is a party. "The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth: this is, and will remain, the sole guiding principle of the defense," the Collective concludes.

Avec Macky, les marchés étaient passés de grés à grés à des proches, des amis, des copains qui sous traitaient en empochant au passage plusieurs centaines de millions et ensuite il faut juste payer à certains "merdias" et à certains autoproclamés chroniqueurs qui vont passer leurs temps à vous tresser des lauriers. Ce marché de l'ASER est comme ceux du Prodac, du Building administratif, de la cité Diamniabdio, du TER, du BRT, des autoroutes etc ou ce sont à chaque fois des milliards qui sont surfacturés. Tout est écrit noir sur blanc dans les rapports IGE, Cour des Comptes, Ofnac etc. Il suffit juste de les ouvrir pour voir les vols, les pillages, les détournements des deniers publics et les surfacturations. Ils ont reporté cette conférence de presse car le président Diomaye va faire un interview, alors ils vont écouter pour voir s'il va parler du dossier ASER. Et vous allez voir qu'ils vont encore essayer de nous mentir et de nous raconter des bobards. On attend bcp des journalistes et on espére qu'ils vont poser les bonnes questions sur les décaissements et leurs dates pour qu'on sache exactement, ce qui a été décaissé avant et après le départ de Macky.

DIEU n aime pas les mensonges, soit tu parles par ignorance ou par malhonnêteté.Mr Saidou KANE ami de Macky est au Gabonais il n a rien à voir avec celui de ASER qui vit en Espagne. Pour ta gouverne Saidou du GABON est l un des hommes les plus riches. tout ce qui est BTP ou infrastructures au Gabon est sous sa tutelle.
