Drame à Liberté 5 : Un jeune décède lors d'une séance de consommation de drogue, 7 fêtards arrêtés
To celebrate the year 2026, a group of young people reportedly rented an apartment in Liberté 5. During this party organized last Friday, the participants, all men, consumed narcotics, including Indian hemp.
But the celebration turned into tragedy. According to Seneweb sources, one of the partygoers died at the scene after taking drugs.
Upon being informed of the death, officers from the Dieuppeul district police station opened an investigation.
The investigations led to the arrest of at least seven participants who were taken into custody for collective drug use, pending the results of the autopsy ordered by the Public Prosecutor at the High Court of Dakar.
