Emploi des jeunes : L’Assemblée nationale annonce une mission d’études sur les stages de formation
The National Assembly plans to examine the issue of internships. The announcement was made by its president, El Hadj Malick Ndiaye. During a visit to the Higher Institute of Management (ISM), he revealed that he had "instructed his staff to work on a proposal to reform internship regulations, with the aim of better regulating them, protecting young people, and promoting their long-term integration into the professional world." The information was disseminated by the institution via its Facebook page.
El Malick also intends to bring the matter before the Parliament's Committee on Education, Youth and Sports. "This mission will aim to conduct a thorough assessment of current practices, identify shortcomings in the existing framework, and formulate concrete recommendations to improve internship conditions and enhance the employability of young people."
Internships remain a real challenge for students and recent graduates. Many complete their studies without an internship, yet it is essential for applying theoretical knowledge to real-world situations.
