[EXCLUSIF] Actes contre nature : comment Ndiaga Seck a été accablé par des photos et des contenus de discussion
Seneweb has learned more about the reasons for Ndiaga Seck's arrest, which was carried out as part of a judicial warrant issued by an investigating judge of the Louga High Court for charges of criminal conspiracy, endangering the lives of others, unnatural acts, inciting debauchery, illegally collecting pornographic material, and intentionally transmitting HIV/AIDS. Twenty-two (22) individuals have already been brought before the Diambour prosecutor's office in connection with this case.
According to our sources, the politician was formally charged by Ahmadou Lamine Dia, an employee of the CSE company, residing in Mérina Ndiaye, in the Dahra district. Dia told investigators at the Linguère police station that he had had sexual relations with Ndiaga Seck. To support his claims, Dia provided the police with photos and transcripts of their communications. His accuser is himself being prosecuted for the intentional transmission of HIV.
Ahmadou Lamine Dia told investigators that he began his sexual relations with a certain Cape Verdean mixed-race man named Rodriguez, who allegedly introduced him to the network.
During the dismantling of this network of alleged homosexuals and the arrest of the 22 suspects, Ndiaga Seck was out of the country. Upon his return to Senegal, the Linguère police station issued a warrant for his arrest and a travel ban. Hunted for several days, he was finally arrested by the DIC (Criminal Investigation Division) this Friday morning.
