[ EXCLUSIF ] Réseau Pape Cheikh Diallo : Une 46e arrestation confirme la dimension internationale du dossier

It is in this dynamic that the Research Brigade (BR) of the Keur Massar gendarmerie company succeeded in another major operation, after the dismantling of a vast network of suspected homosexuals.
According to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb, plainclothes gendarmes in an unmarked vehicle arrested the 46th suspect in this case. He is Ivorian national Kofi Kouassi Junior, apprehended last Friday at his home in Niary Tally.
He is a third-year communication student at the Multinational Higher School of Telecommunications (ESMT).
Transported to Keur Massar on the same day, the suspect was placed in custody after advice from prosecutor Saliou Dicko, head of the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor's office.
When questioned and confronted with the corroborating evidence gathered by the gendarmes of the BR (Brigade de Recherches - Research Brigade), Kofi Kouassi Junior readily admitted to the charges against him. He is described as a suspected homosexual who, according to his own admission, alternated between passive and active roles during sexual encounters.
The Ivorian national has numerous partners of Senegalese nationality, according to Seneweb sources. His arrest follows the detention of his partner, Joseph Ndiaye, an agent for a well-known financial company in Senegal. Further arrests are expected.
According to our investigations, the 46th suspect in this case known as "Pape Cheikh Diallo and associates" will be presented this Monday, March 23, 2026, to the investigating judge of the first chamber at the High Court of Pikine-Guédiawaye.
Of the 45 people already brought before the court, only two or three, including journalist Pape Birame Bigué Ndiaye, have reportedly been placed under judicial supervision, while the others remain in prison. The investigation is continuing under the supervision of prosecutor Saliou Dicko.
As a reminder, after the arrest of a Frenchman and a Cameroonian, it is now an Ivorian who has fallen into the net of the BR of Keur Massar, confirming the international dimension that this case is gradually taking on.
