April 25, 2026: A rape complaint that hides a completely different reality
On April 25, 2026, Ms. YF Sané voluntarily went to the Saly-Portudal police station to accuse her paternal uncle, I. Sané, of rape and illegally collecting pornographic material. She stated that she had moved to his home in Saly in March 2026 after he promised to help her find a job. Upon her arrival, he allegedly forced her to have unprotected sex, filming her without her consent. To silence her, he allegedly gave her the videos, threatening to send them to her father if she refused.
She stated that on Saturday, April 25, after returning home late, he assaulted her and demanded she leave the house. Fearing the release of her intimate videos on the website "m.", she decided to contact the police. An investigation was immediately launched, and a team was dispatched to arrest the suspect.
I. Sané summoned: he denies the rape but reveals the threesome
Summoned and taken to the police station, I. Sané categorically denies the rape allegations but admits to having filmed sexual relations with his niece, YF Sané. He goes further, revealing the existence of threesomes involving the use of sex toys, also involving F. Sow, a prostitute put in contact with YF Sané through a certain "Mya," an alleged pimp residing in Zac Mbao, via TikTok. He is placed in police custody.
The exploitation of the videos: YF Sané, alleged victim, implicated in acts of lesbianism
The decisive turning point in the investigation came from the analysis of videos collected by the artist I. Sané. Investigators discovered YF Sané engaging in lesbian acts with the prostitute F. Sow.
When confronted with these images, Ms. YF Sané admitted to participating in an orgy or threesome with her uncle I. Sané and F. Sow. She nevertheless attempted to exonerate herself by claiming to have acted under duress and the threat of having her intimate videos released to her father.
But investigators found affectionate messages and intimate photos on I. Sané's phone, sent of her own volition, which significantly undermined her claims. To corroborate her accusations, she gave investigators 21 videos showing her uncle, I. Sané, engaging in unprotected sex with other women.
For his part, I. Sané maintains that the threesomes were consensual and claims that it was his niece, YF Sané herself, who suggested the participation of a third person. He provided investigators with four photos and eight videos filmed with his iPhone.
When questioned, the prostitute F. Sow confirmed that she had gone to I. Sané's home to participate in the intimate encounter. She revealed that she gave her contact information to "Mya," who then published it on the website "www.nex." to connect her with clients, with the profits to be shared afterward.
The search of I. Sané's home resulted in the seizure of a significant amount of material: 2 sex toys, 1 vibrator, 1 lubricant, 11 condoms, 3 nightgowns, 1 shirt with belt, 2 dresses, 3 skirts, as well as digital equipment including 1 MacBook laptop, 3 external hard drives, 1 USB key and 1 camera, according to Seneweb sources close to the prosecutor's office.
The retroviral serological tests carried out at the Mbour hospital on the three individuals involved came back negative.
At the conclusion of the investigation, the three individuals involved were brought before Prosecutor Augustin Yakhar Faye on Thursday, April 30, 2026, on charges of criminal conspiracy, illegal collection and distribution of pornographic material, incitement to debauchery, acts against nature (lesbianism), and pimping. All the seized items—videos, photos, sex toys, lubricants, vibrators, and condoms—were presented to the prosecutor's office. In addition, compromising videos depicting orgies were submitted as evidence.
