The managing director emphasized the importance of these meetings, which provide an opportunity for direct dialogue with staff, inquiring about their working conditions, and exchanging ideas with partners, including vendors and bettors. "Our goal is to continue with the five-year plan so that, within three years, there will be no more contractors, only employees," Toussaint Manga told the staff.

In this context, regarding the sellers, he indicated that strong measures were taken following a seminar organized with their group.

These include providing free reels and discussions on increasing the commission rate. The goal is also to improve their ecosystem to allow them to diversify their product offerings and increase their revenue.

When questioned about the 20% tax applied to winnings, the general manager clarified that it goes to the state. "You are contributing to the development of the country. It is thanks to these resources that the state can build schools, hospitals, and other infrastructure," he explained to the bettors.
