Beyond the training, the minister also provided financial support to the 105 recipients, intended to enable them to start their transformation activities and put the acquired skills into practice.
In her speech, the minister emphasized personal commitment: "We are using our own resources to support women's empowerment," she stated. She also announced the continuation of this support so that women can learn about and access the numerous mechanisms put in place by the government to enable their empowerment.
The Minister scheduled a follow-up meeting with this first cohort of beneficiaries within six months, during which time a monitoring and funding program could be implemented, with the aim of sustainably strengthening women's economic empowerment.
