« Hubert m’a transmis le virus » : Les confessions chocs d’un détenu poursuivi pour actes contre-nature.
TS Pam, a 27-year-old maintenance technician residing in Saly, had no idea that his weekend in Dakar would seal his legal fate. Arrested in Almadies by the Regional Narcotics Brigade (BRS) in possession of ecstasy pills, the young man now faces much more serious charges. According to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb, an examination of his phone revealed a series of intimate videos depicting homosexual acts, triggering an investigation for sodomy and intentional transmission of HIV.
A drug arrest that turns into a scandal
Initially brought before the court for possession of narcotics and placed under a detention order, TS Pam saw his case worsen following the fortuitous discoveries of the OCRTIS investigators.
The public prosecutor at the High Court of Dakar ordered Major Tiné, commander of the Research Brigade (BR) of Faidherbe, to open a supplementary investigation into alleged acts against nature and health hazards.
Explosive confession during his prison transfer
Taken from his cell on the prosecutor's orders, TS Pam confessed during his interrogation. He recounted his life story, explaining that after graduating from high school in Saint-Louis, his first same-sex attractions appeared during his studies in Dakar. Disturbed by this situation, he stated that he had tried, unsuccessfully, to have relationships with women.
The dramatic turning point in Morocco
It was during a study trip to Morocco that the accused claims to have confirmed his sexual orientation. There, he had numerous partners, primarily foreign nationals. He notably confessed to being the victim of sexual abuse in 2023 after being drugged without his knowledge at a party organized by West African nationals.
Partner traceability and HIV positivity
Upon returning to Senegal in 2024, TS Pam allegedly maintained relationships with a Gabonese architect named Hubert (currently in Lomé) and a certain Rambi, whom she met via Snapchat.
Regarding his health, the technician claims he was unaware of his HIV-positive status until the day of his arrest, his last test dating back to 2019. He suspects his former partner, Hubert, of having transmitted the virus to him, while maintaining that some of their recent sexual encounters were confidential. However, the tests conducted during the proceedings came back positive and were added to the case file.
Back before the prosecutor's office
The incriminating videos were sealed. Following the investigation, serious and consistent evidence was gathered against him for acts against nature and intentional transmission of HIV, under Articles 319 and 370 of the Penal Code. The young man was brought before the High Court of Dakar on Monday, March 16, 2026.
