Jaxaay : Un adolescent guinéen de 16 ans arrêté pour viol suivi de grossesse sur une mineure de 15 ans
The Jaxaay district police station, under the command of Commissioner Cheikh Ndiaye, recorded a morals case involving two minors on February 22, 2026. The victim's father, S. Ba, filed a complaint alleging rape resulting in pregnancy suffered by his 15-year-old daughter, D. Ba, according to Seneweb sources.
A request was therefore sent to the chief physician of the Keur Massar hospital in order to establish the progress of the young victim's pregnancy.
In the aftermath, a mission was entrusted to the elements of the research brigade, who proceeded to arrest the accused, named LC, a Guinean residing in Unit 19 of Jaxaay.
During her hearing, the girl stated that she had been sexually abused under the influence of a sedative slipped into a bottle of drink that LC had served her.
He admitted to having had sexual relations with the girl on three occasions, however claiming that she was his girlfriend and that their relationship was consensual.
The Guinean national, claiming to be 16 years old and a baker by trade, was taken into custody on suspicion of rape resulting in pregnancy and abduction of a minor. Public Prosecutor Saliou Dicko was informed of the facts.
