Kaolack : Toussaint Manga annonce un immeuble R+10 pour la nouvelle agence de la LONASE
The Director General of the Senegalese National Lottery (LONASE), Toussaint Manga, announced the construction of a new, modern agency in the city of Coumba Djiguène during the second leg of his national tour. This site visit aims to connect with employees, partners, and users.
According to the Director General: “Today in Kaolack, we are beginning the second phase of the Directorate General's national tour. This visit will allow us to meet with LONASE agents, vendors, and partners. These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss issues of interest to all stakeholders in the gaming sector.”
Regarding staff, Mr. Manga reaffirmed his commitment to improving working conditions: “We confirm to our employees that the General Management intends to build a new branch in Kaolack. The area's strong potential warrants a well-equipped and modern infrastructure. We plan to demolish the current building and erect a 10-story building in its place, with the other floors available for various activities.”
The CEO also addressed the administrative situation of the staff, including the regularization of service providers, some of whom have 10 to 15 years of seniority, in accordance with the company's five-year plan.
Regarding bettors, Toussaint Manga addressed the controversy surrounding the 20% tax on winnings: "We explained to them the public benefit of this tax, which contributes significantly to the country's economy." Finally, he reminded everyone that LONASE will host the African Lotteries Association (ALA) in Dakar on the 23rd and 24th for a general assembly focused on technological innovations.
