On the occasion of the Independence Day celebrations on April 4, 2026, the Kédougou Regional Customs Subdivision distinguished itself brilliantly by winning the trophy for best parade in the military and paramilitary category in its first participation. This achievement recognizes the rigor, discipline, and commitment of these "soldiers of the economy."
Under the command of Customs Inspector Diame Diakhaté, the unit impressed everyone with a remarkable performance, characterized by perfect synchronization, impeccable conduct, and exemplary control of their movements.
