Marché Golf : un carreleur arrêté par la police avec 21 pierres de crack
The elements of the Research Brigade of the Golf-Sud district police station arrested a suspected hard drug trafficker at the Golf market on May 5, 2026, around 6:30 a.m.
The operation followed an anonymous tip that a drug dealer regularly went to the Golf market early in the morning to supply his customers. A stakeout was set up, and after a few minutes of surveillance, investigators spotted the suspect waiting for potential customers.
I. Diallo, a 20-year-old tile setter residing in Fith-Mith, was apprehended immediately and subjected to a pat-down. He was found in possession of a bag containing 21 crack cocaine rocks wrapped in aluminum foil. Taken to the police station and questioned, he confessed to the charges against him.
A sample of the seized drug was sent to the National Drug Laboratory for analysis and authentication.
Presented this Thursday to prosecutor Saliou Dicko, Ibrahima Diallo is being prosecuted for possession and trafficking of crack cocaine.
