Rufisque : Le PASIC enrôle 237 Coiffeuses en masterclass maquillage et coiffure
The Community Initiatives Support and Monitoring Program (PASIC), in its "Local Economy" section, has committed to supporting hairdressers in the town of Rufisque to better professionalize their profession. Hence the relevance of a masterclass in makeup and hairdressing.
This Friday, August 29, 2025, the Mayor of the City of Rufisque, Dr. Oumar CISSÉ, proudly presided over the ceremony for the presentation of training completion certificates for the Federation of Hairdressers' Associations of the Old Town.
This intensive training, which took place from August 25 to 29 and was fully funded by PASIC, was provided by the expertise of "Mamyta Coiffure". The program included skills development in primer, foundation, concealer, blush, bronzer, highlighter, and eyeshadow techniques.
The Mayor welcomed the remarkable commitment of the participants and reiterated the promise of the City of Rufisque to support them continuously in training, supervision and technical and financial support.
Dr. Oumar Cissé took the opportunity to announce the construction of the Rufisque vocational school to better support the professional qualifications of young people, women and tradespeople.
