Saint-Louis : avec 1 000 packs de ndogou, la police de Pikine renforce ses liens avec les populations
As part of strengthening ties between the police and the population, the Pikine Saint-Louis District Police Station, under the command of Commissioner Diame Yaré Fall, launched an operation called "Ndogou de la Solidarité" on Friday, March 13, 2026.
One thousand iftar packs were distributed across three strategic locations in the city: Angle Tall, the Jumia area, and the Mawade Wade stadium. Each kit contained a sandwich, a bottle of water, dates, and a drink.
Alongside this distribution, neighbourhood delegates and local partners were invited to the police station headquarters to share the breaking of the fast with the staff.
This initiative is part of the community policing mission, aimed at strengthening collaboration between law enforcement and the public.
