Sénégal : L’ANACIM annonce une saison pluvieuse prolongée jusqu'en novembre 2025
The National Agency for Civil Aviation and Meteorology (ANACIM) has published its seasonal bulletin for the period September-October-November (SON 2025)
According to forecasts, normal to excessive precipitation accumulations are expected over a large part of the territory.
Larger surpluses are likely in the West, Central, East and South-East of the country.
According to ANACIM, a generally normal situation is expected in the far north (Saint-Louis, Podor, Dagana) as well as in the south (Kolda, Sédhiou).
On the other hand, the probability of extreme rainfall remains high, particularly in the central and western regions, especially in early September.
Furthermore, the rainy season could be prolonged, ending later than normal, especially in the South-East (Kédougou, Tambacounda).
